Hanna Kovalenko is a legal specialist on ECOFACT’s Policy Outlook team. She monitors sustainable finance and corporate responsibility regulations around the world, helping clients to prepare and implement purposeful compliance strategies. Hanna has a master’s degree in law from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in Ukraine, where she focused on EU law. She has worked for the energy committee of the Parliament of Ukraine as a legal consultant and was an associate at Redcliffe Partners law firm, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate regulatory compliance.
