Deborah Thür is a senior legal expert, and she monitors regulatory developments in sustainable finance and corporate responsibility. She contributes to ECOFACT’s Policy Outlook analyses and helps clients prepare and implement compliance strategies that address sustainable finance and corporate responsibility requirements.

She completed her law studies at the University of Zurich (bachelor’s degree) and University of Luzern (master’s degree). She also holds a European master’s degree in human rights and democratization from the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice and the University of Sevilla, where she focused on companies’ responsibility to uphold human rights. She joined ECOFACT after working within the legal teams of the Swiss Federation of the Deaf, FIFA, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
