Dilan Eberle
Legal Expert

Dilan Eberle is a legal expert who monitors sustainable finance and corporate responsibility regulatory developments. Dilan is responsible for analyzing a number of jurisdictions, such as Australia, Canada, and the UK. As a business and human rights specialist, she supports ECOFACT’s team in identifying the most current trends related to due diligence expectations.

With a strong interest in human rights and social injustice issues, Dilan is passionate about environmental sustainability. Advancing the positive role that business enterprises can play in relation to these issues has inspired her career choices.

She obtained her full degree in Law at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Turkey, and holds an LL.M. degree from Lund University, Sweden. She holds a doctorate degree from the University of Zurich’s Faculty of Law. Her doctoral research analyzed the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in the context of the pharmaceutical industry and was awarded with a grant (Forschungskredit) from the University of Zurich.
