Núria Fernández Oms monitors regulatory developments related to sustainable finance and corporate responsibility. As part of ECOFACT’s Policy Outlook and regulatory advisory team, she is responsible for helping clients prepare and implement compliance strategies that address sustainable finance and corporate responsibility requirements, especially those related to the EU’s sustainable finance regulations.

Prior to joining ECOFACT, Núria worked at a leading Nordic asset manager’s legal department in Luxembourg. She is licensed to practice as a lawyer in Spain and holds a master’s degree in globalization and law from Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
