Lana Ollier
Legal Expert

Lana Ollier is a legal expert who monitors sustainable finance and corporate responsibility regulatory developments. She contributes to Policy Outlook analyses as well as to ECOFACT’s climate risk and ESG risk management consultancy.

Environmental sustainability, and in particular the impact of global climate change, has always been an issue close to Lana’s heart. She believes that the financial sector can play an integral role in creating a more environmentally sustainable economy and that this opportunity for global change should be embraced.

She holds a master’s degree in environmental policy and regulation from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining ECOFACT, she finalized her doctoral thesis at the ETH Zurich and the Institute For Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS) in Potsdam. Her PhD examines climate and energy policy in the European Union. Previously, she worked as an advisor for the German environment ministry’s International Climate Initiative.
