Kern Alexander was appointed to the Chair of Law and Finance at the University of Zurich in 2010. He is also a Senior Research Fellow in Banking and Financial Regulation at the University of Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies, and is Academic Programme Director of the Cambridge Judge Business School's “Understanding the Regulatory Environment” executive education programme. He was also appointed by the G20 and the United Nations to lead a research effort and to draft a report for the G20 on banking policy, regulation and environmental sustainability.
